Terms & Conditions
To hire our horsebox:

All drivers must be aged between 22-75 years old, have held their full UK driving licence for 2 years or more and have no more than 6 points on their licence. If more than 6 points a referral to our insurance would be required.

Have not had insurance refused or declined, or insurance policy cancelled.

Have not had any non-motoring convictions and not had more than one at fault accident.

No other persons are permitted to drive the horsebox during your hire period unless additional paperwork is completed.
If you have any of the above, we are unable to hire to you.

For our insurance purposes we require some documents which will be advised after your requested hire date is confirmed, please provide these by return email in respect of each proposed driver of the horsebox.

​Complete the required self-drive insurance questionnaire (linked on the booking email)

Once read, sign and return a copy of these Terms and Conditions (linked on the booking email)

Photograph of each drivers current driving license (front & back of licence photos required)

2 forms of proof of address, containing details of your current residential address (utility bill/council tax bill/mortgage statement/bank statement) which must be dated within the last 90 days.

Licence check Code from the Government website. Once you have completed this and received your code, please either forward your code to us, or send us a screen shot/ picture of your drivers info page showing your penalty points and name.
